- You need of @Bumbu-Marinasi.
- You need 3 of Bawang putih.
- It's I sdt of ketumbar bubuk.
- It's I sdt of lada bubuk.

- It's secukupnya of Garam, kecap manis.

- Potong2 daging sesuai dgn selera.
- Haluskan bumbu marinasi, kemudian campur semua dgn daging potongnya,dan diamkan sekitar I jam supaya daging meresap dengan bumbunya.
- Setelah itu, tusuk dgn tusukan sate hingga habis.
- Panggang dgn bara api, setengah matang, kemudian olesi dgn margarin dan kucuri dgn kecap manis lalu panggang lagi hingga matang.
- Sementara itu, buat bahan sambalnya dlm mangkuk dan campur rata.
- Hidangkan dgn siraman sambal kecap diatasnya.
