Ingredients of Sate Maranggi
- It's 1 lembar of daun pepaya.
- Prepare 250 gram of daging sapi potong dadu.
- It's 2 ruas of lengkuas.
- It's 2 ruas of jahe.
- You need 1 sdt of garam.
- Prepare 1 sdt of merica bubuk.
- You need 1 sdt of ketumbar.
- It's 2 sdm of gula merah potong halus.
- It's 3 sdm of air asam jawa.
- You need of Bumbu kecap.
- You need secukupnya of Kecap manis.
- You need 1/2 buah of tomat potong potong.
- Prepare 3 buah of cabai jablay.
- You need 3 buah of cabai rawit.
- It's 3 buah of cabai merah keriting.
- You need 2 buah of bawang merah.
Sate Maranggi instructions
- Masukan potongan daging ke dalam daun pepaya lalu bungkus dan diamkan krg lbh 30 menit..
- Haluskan bumbu, setelah 30 menit masukan daging ke dalam bumbu lalu diamkan kembali krg lbh 30 menit hingga bumbu meresap.
- Setelah bumbu meresap tusuk tusuk daging dan siap di bakar.
- Sambil nunggu bakaran daging matang, siapkan bumbu kecapnya. Potong2 bahan2 bumbu kecap lalu masukan kecap secukupnya aduk sambil di penyet2 cabainya..
- Bakar hingga matang, lalu beri bumbu kecap diatasnya..
