  1. Masukan potongan daging ke dalam daun pepaya lalu bungkus dan diamkan krg lbh 30 menit..
  2. Haluskan bumbu, setelah 30 menit masukan daging ke dalam bumbu lalu diamkan kembali krg lbh 30 menit hingga bumbu meresap.
  3. Setelah bumbu meresap tusuk tusuk daging dan siap di bakar.
  4. Sambil nunggu bakaran daging matang, siapkan bumbu kecapnya. Potong2 bahan2 bumbu kecap lalu masukan kecap secukupnya aduk sambil di penyet2 cabainya..
  5. Bakar hingga matang, lalu beri bumbu kecap diatasnya..
