- It's 300 gr of daging.
- Prepare 2 lbr of Daun salam.
- You need 1 sdm of gula merah.
- It's 100 ml of santan kental (aku pake santan instan).
- You need 1 sdm of kaldu bubuk.
- Prepare 2 sdm of minyak utk menumis bumbu.
- You need of Bumbu Halus.
- It's 6 siung of bawang merah.
- Prepare 4 siung of bawang putih.
- You need 1 bh of cabe merah.
- It's 1 jari of laos.
- It's 1 jari of kunyit.
- It's 1/2 jari of jahe.
- Prepare 1/2 jari of kencur.
- It's 1/2 sdt of pala bubuk.
- Prepare secukupnya of Garam.
Sate Sapi Bumbu Serepeh instructions
- Rebus daging sebentar hingga setengah matang, lalu potong” melintang serat dg bentuk dadu.
- Haluskan bumbu, lalu tumis bersama daun salam hingga harum, masukkan potongan daging, aduk hingga daging tercampur rata dg bumbu.
- Tambahkan sedikit air rebusan daging, gula merah & kaldu bubuk... masak hingga mendidih & daging empuk.. lalu masukkan santan masak lagi hingga kuah mengental... bisa dihidangkan dg ditusuk sate lalu bakar di atas teflon.. atau tanpa di tusuk langsung bakar di atas teflon utk mendapatkan aroma bakaran..
