Sate Maranggi step by step
- Potong daging bentuk dadu, tata daun pepaya di baskom. bungkus daging dengan daun pepaya, sisihkan..
- Haluskan bumbu marinasi, campurkan ke daging. Daun pepaya jangan diambil ya..setelah tercampur bungkus kembali dan simpan di kulkas sekitar 1-2 jam..
- Tusuk daging sampai habis..
- Siapkan panggangan sate, kalo saya pake batu bakar..dipanaskan dulu di kompor dan tata sate diatasnya..
- Bolak-balik sampai kering dan kecoklatan..
