- You need of Daging Sapi/ Daging Kambing.
- It's 4 Sdm of Kecap Manis.
- It's 2 Sdm of Air Asam Jawa.

- It's of Bumbu Halus.

Sate Maranggi instructions
- Campur kecap manis, air asam jawa, lada, garam dan minyak goreng kedalam bumbu halus.
- Kemudian masukkan daging ke dalam bumbu dan aduk hingga tercampur, lalu tunggu sebentar agar bumbu meresap.
- Setelah itu tusuk daging hingga habis.
- Bakar dan sajikan dengan sambal kecap.
